Role & responsibilities

This is a field visit job
Its a B2B business.
Manager needs to do field visit and generate leads.
Identify potential clients, including corporate offices, residential buildings, retail stores, malls, educational institutions, and industrial complexes.
Manager needs to convert the leads into clients through effective communication and follow up strategies to generate sales.
Conduct frequent follow ups with leads to ensure consistent engagement and address any concerns or questions.
Prepare and provide accurate quotations or quoted rates based on client requirements and market standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
Must be fluent in english, assamese, hindi
Must know excel and basic computer
Must have a two wheeler vehicle.
Must have a driving license.
