Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in advertising, branding, printing, and event management, with a creative mindset and the ability to deliver effective campaigns that enhance brand visibility and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to achieve business goals and strengthen brand presence.
• Manage advertising and branding activities across print, digital, and offline channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
• Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Organize and oversee corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities.
• Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve performance targets.
• Collaborate with management and internal departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, preparing reports and suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing
• Graduation/MBA in Marketing or related field
• Strong knowledge of advertising, branding, printing, and event management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
