Marketing Manager

You will be working as a Hospital Marketing Manager for a leading regenerative medicine and orthopedic clinic under Movva Healthcare, dedicated to non-surgical, stem-cell-based treatments for sports injuries, arthritis, and chronic joint conditions. Your main responsibility will be to lead the marketing and outreach efforts for orthopedic and sports medicine services, aiming to increase patient footfall and engagement with referring doctors and local communities. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic marketing plans aligned with the clinic's growth goals, promoting key services to target patient segments, managing digital marketing campaigns, building referral relationships with healthcare professionals and sports clubs, organizing patient education programs and wellness events, overseeing clinic branding and online reputation, collaborating with clinical teams for success stories, and tracking patient acquisition metrics and marketing ROI. You will also supervise vendors for digital marketing, creatives, and local PR. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, along with 3-6 years of experience in hospital/clinic marketing. Experience in digital lead generation, managing paid campaigns, strong communication and networking skills, and a preference for experience in sports rehab or regenerative medicine marketing will be beneficial. Fluency in English and the local language is required, with Hindi being an added advantage.
