The Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Professional who can own and drive the marketing function end-to-end. This is a strategic yet hands-on role, ideal for someone who blends strategy, digital-first execution, and AI-enabled marketing to strengthen our brand presence and enable high-value sales. As a storyteller and market shaper, you will position us as a trusted partner in the IT services space.

What Youll Do

• Shape the Narrative

  : Build a compelling brand voice that highlights our niche positioning and value proposition.

• Drive Intelligent Marketing

  : Design and execute digital-first and database-driven campaigns with a clear focus on measurable outcomes.

• Leverage AI

  : Use AI tools to elevate content creation, campaign targeting, and lead insights.

• Create Premium Content

  : Develop thought-leadership articles, case study decks, videos, and executive decks that open doors with high-value clients.

• Engage Selectively

  : Strengthen our presence across websites, social media, and curated industry events to reach the right audience.

• Enable Sales Excellence

  : Collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to provide world-class presentations, pitch decks, and executive briefings.

What you bring

• 12 to 15  years of marketing experience in the professional IT services industry with exposure to BFSI, Telecom, or Healthcare amongst others.
• Proven ability to own and drive marketing initiatives independently, elevating brand positioning and supporting sales in high-stakes deals.
• Expertise in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
• Strong skills in storytelling, executive presentation design, and stakeholder engagement.
• A data-driven yet creative mindset, with comfort in AI-driven platforms.
