As a Marketing Manager at PREETHI GROUP, a leading player in the textile retail industry, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's market presence, create engaging campaigns, and ensure customer engagement across various channels. Your duties will include: - Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions tailored for the textile retail market. - Managing online marketing efforts such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid digital ads to boost brand visibility and drive traffic. - Leading content creation for online and offline platforms, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials. - Collaborating with retail teams to execute in-store marketing campaigns, product displays, and promotions. - Conducting market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activity, and industry developments, and utilizing data to optimize marketing tactics. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 5+ years of marketing experience, with 2-3 years in a managerial role within retail, textiles, or fashion sectors. - Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing. - Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market segmentation in the retail sector. - Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. - Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms. - Creative thinking with a strong eye for design and detail. - Familiarity with textile and fashion industry trends is a plus.
