Job Description

As a Marketing Manager for residential real estate projects, your role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating leads through various channels such as field marketing, events, exhibitions, and referrals. - Organizing and participating in site visits, property expos, and customer meets. - Conducting presentations and negotiations with prospective clients to successfully close deals. - Planning and executing offline marketing campaigns including activities like print media, hoardings, flyers, and events. - Monitoring competitors" projects, pricing, and marketing strategies to stay ahead in the market. - Working closely with the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Training and motivating the sales & field marketing team for improved performance. - Providing regular sales reports and market feedback to the management. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate sector. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and drive results. - Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.
