Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team. 2. Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage the sales team. Motivate team members and set performance targets. Monitor and evaluate team performance regularly. 3. Client Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Resolve customer complaints and ensure client satisfaction. 4. Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities. Identify new business opportunities and target markets. 5. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and present to senior management. Track individual and team sales performance. 6. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage the sales department budget effectively. Ensure cost efficiency in sales operations. 7. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments. Provide guidance and support to the team on product-related queries. 8. Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and product teams for promotional strategies. Work closely with other departments for smooth operations.
