Marketing Manager

Medilab is looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Manager to help grow patient footfall, build partnerships, and strengthen our brand presence in Kochi.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both strategy and execution, and is equally comfortable working on marketing plans, meeting doctors, coordinating with staff, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Marketing & Strategy

• Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to increase walk-ins and home test bookings.
• Plan and monitor offline and digital advertising efforts including print, social media, and local SEO.
• Track marketing ROI and patient acquisition metrics.

Partner Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, wellness centres, and corporate clients.
• Organize CMEs, health camps, and outreach programs with partner institutions.
• Develop and manage referral programs to drive consistent inflow of patients.

On-ground Support & Coordination

• Work closely with the front desk, phlebotomy, and reporting teams to ensure smooth operations during promotional drives or events.
• Keep marketing materials updated and ensure visibility at the centre.
• Assist in event planning, festive promotions, and in-clinic branding efforts.

Digital & Branding Support

• Coordinate with design and content vendors for social media and website updates.
• Manage Google Business Profile and respond to online reviews and feedback.
• Monitor local trends and competitor activity to adapt strategy as needed.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare/diagnostic/pharma marketing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to do field work and engage directly with medical professionals.
• Familiarity with digital tools such as Google My Business, Meta Ads Manager, and Canva or PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam.
• Driver's License
