Job Description

Loyalty Program Management: Drive the design, execution, and continuous improvement ofloyalty member programs. Manage the full member journey (acquisition, activation,engagement, retention, reactivation), ensuring exceptional member experiences
CRM Operations: Oversee the CRM strategy, including campaign segmentation, personalized
communications (email, SMS, app), and cross-channel integration
Data Analytics & Reporting: Analyze customer data, campaign eectiveness, and memberbehavior to derive actionable insights. Build dashboards and reports in Excel/PowerPoint forsenior leaders, optimizing campaigns based on key metrics (retention, conversion, CLV, churn,etc.)
Member Journey Mapping: Develop and optimize customer/member journeys, identifying andresolving pain points across touch-points to boost engagement and loyalty
Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and performance measurement ofboth ATL and BTL marketing campaigns supporting loyalty and CRM
Market & Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of trends in retail, pop culture, fashion, and sneakerindustry. Leverage insights for program innovation and relevance
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, IT, sales,stores, finance) and external agencies to ensure successful program roll-out and support
Process & Technology: Enhance the technological infrastructure of loyalty/CRM systems,identify upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and enable data integration across platforms
