What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute the content strategy across website, social media, newsletters, and press outreach
• Design and lead integrated digital campaigns (Meta, Google, Email)
• Track and report on key metrics (ROAS, CTR, engagement, conversions), delivering data-driven insights
• Work in Google Sheets to track budgets, campaign results, content calendars, and performance data
• Build and maintain press and influencer relationships; lead outreach and PR strategy
• Align quarterly marketing planning and content calendars across departments
• Ensure brand tone, voice, visuals, and messaging are consistent and on-point

What You're Bringing

• 3–5 years of mid‑level marketing experience, ideally in luxury e‑commerce or retail in India
• Strong digital marketing expertise (including paid media, content, SEO/SEM)
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel, with strong numeracy and ability to track budgets and performance metrics
• Clear understanding of luxury aesthetics i.e visual language, tone, typography, and storytelling
• Experience with press, PR, and influencer marketing
• Highly organised, analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
