About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with strong expertise in social media management, SEO, and content creation to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the FMCG industry, creating high-impact campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Manage content calendars and oversee the creation of reels, posts, and stories that engage and grow our community. Create visually engaging marketing assets in line with brand guidelines. Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and organic reach. Plan and run paid campaigns across digital platforms with measurable ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with overall brand goals. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social media and SEO. Prior experience in the FMCG and food industry is essential. Proven ability to create viral reels and engaging digital content. Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). Hands-on experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
