Marketing Manager

As a Real Estate Marketing Manager at Motia Sunrise Group, you will play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining the company's brand to generate business. You will collaborate with superiors to formulate sales propositions, project briefs, FAQs, and complete marketing strategies. It is essential to develop strategies and execute tactics that effectively communicate the company's brand message. Additionally, you will review team performance, conduct campaign analysis, monitor target status, and keep an eye on the competition status. Validating booking entries made by senior associates and handing over forms to the post-sales team will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with other members of the real estate team is key to executing successful marketing strategies. Managing the entire digital marketing campaigns, optimizing ads budget, and working with marketing agencies both online and offline will be a significant part of your role. To excel in this position, you are required to have in-depth knowledge of the real estate business, along with at least 3 years of experience in digital and offline marketing. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is essential. It is necessary to have your own vehicle for commuting. Knowledge of graphic designing and photography is preferred. A graduation degree or higher qualification is required to be eligible for this role. The office is located at SCO 1,2,3 G. Floor, Motia Royal Plaza, Sector-117, Kharar, Behind Radius Hotel, Airport Road. The office timing for this full-time position is from 10 AM to 6 PM. The offered salary ranges from 25,000 to 30,000 with incentives of up to Rs. 50,000.
