About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager Intern who lives and breathes social media, short-form video, and viral storytelling. You’ll work closely with our content and marketing teams to conceptualize, script, and edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts videos that build engagement, awareness, and community.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdeate and script high-engagement short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) for Shopdibz’s brand and campaigns.
• Create, edit, and publish visually appealing video content that aligns with our tone and goals.
• Research trending formats, hashtags, and audio to boost organic reach.
• Collaborate with the design and social media teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
• Track video performance metrics and suggest creative optimization ideas.
• Who You AreA creative thinker with a passion for fashion, lifestyle, or digital storytelling.
• Familiar with Instagram Reels, CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere/After Effects.
• Strong understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and excited to experiment with new content ideas.

Internship Details:

Duration: 2 months (unpaid internship)
