Key Responsibilities: Dealer & Distributor Development: Identify and onboard dealers/distributors in target regions across India Strengthen presence in segments like agriculture, borewell contractors, pump retailers CRM Management & Market Intelligence: Maintain and update lead database in CRM (Mango ERP + Excel) Follow up on enquiries from exhibitions, calls, email, and website Sales Support & Product Promotion: Explain product features and benefits (focus on submersible pumps) Handle technical queries of distributors and end clients Coordinate sample dispatch, training material, and promotional content Team Coordination & Training: Train and mentor junior marketing assistants (e.g., Ayush, Pooja) Conduct weekly reviews and report market feedback to management Reporting & Forecasting: Weekly reports on new clients added, follow-ups, and market movements Collect feedback on competitor products and pricing Preferred candidate profile Education Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical + MBA (Marketing preferred) Experience 34 years in marketing of pumps, motors, or electrical equipment Preferred Industry Exposure Worked in or with companies like Kirloskar, Havells, Crompton, CRI, Lubi, Texmo, etc. Product Knowledge Should understand technical specs of pumps or similar electrical products CRM Skills Hands-on with Excel + ERP (CRM modules) Communication Excellent written and spoken English + Hindi + local languages Sales Network Should have an existing dealer/distributor contact base
