Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage brand lifecycle, positioning, segmentation, and market differentiation.
  • Conduct SWOT and market analysis to guide brand direction.
  • Drive new product launches, relaunches, and campaign development across channels.

Conference & Scientific Event Management

  • Identify strategic scientific and industry conferences aligned with brand objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end conference planning from negotiation with organizers to on-ground execution.
  • Coordinate branding, promotional materials, stall design, logistics, and HCP engagement at events.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (sales, medical, regulatory) to ensure compliance and impact.
  • Track ROI and post-conference analysis for continual improvement.

Sales Enablement & Field Coordination

  • Align marketing activities with sales teams to boost field execution.
  • Provide sales force with scientific tools, promotional aids, and training.
  • Participate in cycle meetings, field visits, and KOL interactions.

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead and mentor Product Managers/Product Executives in day-to-day brand management.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Sales Training, and Finance.
  • Guide agency partners (creative, media, digital) to execute high-impact campaigns.

Budgeting & Profitability

  • Own P&L responsibility for assigned brands.
  • Plan and control marketing spends, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Optimize pricing, schemes, and promotional strategies to enhance profitability.
