Role & responsibilities

• To be responsible for defining and maintaining the brand's positioning strategy, and ensuring creativity in branding, marketing, and other customer-facing materials. This includes supervising advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain
• Brand Manager will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns across different platforms to meet customer expectations and build brand credibility.
•  To be responsible for Strategy-developing and executing strategies to strengthen the brand's identity and reputation, and to position it for growth.
•  To be responsible for Media planning -TV, Print, Digital, Meta/GOOGLE etc
• To work closely with the advertising agency to deliver on the above.
• To be responsible for Research -Keeping up with customer trends and looking towards future
  ones through market research, analyzing competitor brands, and studyingconsumer behavior
• To be responsible for Analysis - Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating
  reports, and conducting yearly brand audits with stakeholders to reviewoutput.
• To be responsible for recommending strategies, organizing product launches and promotional
  events, managing marketing executives, and assisting with retailpackaging and in-store marketing displays.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Strong expertise in brand management, marketing strategy, and media planning.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Meta and Google. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with advertising agencies
• Experience with Martech tools is helpful
