Position: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, clients, and markets in the packaging machinery sector.
• Manage brand positioning, promotional activities, and participation in industry exhibitions/trade shows.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and achieve sales targets.
• Create marketing materials, presentations, and digital content for promotional campaigns.
• Strengthen customer relationships through regular communication and engagement.
• Prepare periodic reports on marketing performance and ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing within the Packaging Machinery / Industrial Machinery / Engineering Equipment industry.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, brand management, and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel across assigned regions for business development.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
