Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Executive at Dr. Pillai Global Academy, Gorai, you will play a crucial role in promoting the institution, increasing admissions, and maintaining its position as a preferred choice for students and parents. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing effective on-field marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and attract potential students. You will engage with pre-schools and residential areas to establish connections with prospective students and parents. Additionally, organizing and participating in various educational events and outreach programs will be part of your role to showcase the academy. Collaboration with the internal team to create promotional materials like brochures and banners will be essential. Monitoring market trends, gathering insights, and providing feedback for enhancing marketing campaigns will be among your tasks. Maintaining a positive image of the academy and serving as a bridge between the institution and the public will also be crucial. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in on-field marketing, especially in the education sector, is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and willingness to travel as needed are also required.
