Key Responsibilities

Strategy and planning: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies, create marketing plans based on market and competitor research, and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
Campaign management: Design, manage, and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital, content, paid media, and social platforms. This also includes organizing promotional events.
Budget and resource management: Oversee the marketing department's budget, plan resources, and ensure campaigns are cost-efficient.
Team leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals, or coordinate with agencies, and collaborate with senior management to align on goals.
Data analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and public relations, to ensure a cohesive message and strategy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
