As a Marketing Manager, Competitive Analysis at Automation Anywhere, your role will involve deeply understanding the competitive landscape in terms of product capabilities, marketing strategies, go-to-market motions, and sales tactics. Your responsibilities will include: - Competitive Research: Monitor and analyze competitors' product features, positioning, pricing, campaigns, partnerships, and sales strategies. - Intelligence Gathering: Utilize public sources, customer feedback, analyst reports, and internal insights to create a comprehensive view of the competitive landscape. - Synthesis & Strategy: Translate raw data into strategic insights and recommendations for Product, Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams. - Enablement: Develop competitive battlecards, win/loss analysis, and objection-handling guides for sales and customer-facing teams. - Executive Reporting: Provide regular briefings and strategic updates to senior leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and market shifts. - Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Product Management to ensure competitive insights inform roadmap and GTM decisions. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, product marketing, or competitive intelligence. - Experience in fast-paced startup environments. - Strong understanding of AI, automation, and enterprise software markets. - Proven ability to analyze complex information and distill it into clear, actionable insights. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with executive audiences. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Preferred Experience: - Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools and frameworks. - Experience supporting sales teams with competitive positioning and objection handling. - Background in marketing or analyzing products in the AI or automation space.
