Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our promotional efforts and expand the reach of Career Point Gurukul, a premier CBSE-affiliated boarding school offering integrated NEET/JEE coaching. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education marketing, excellent networking skills, and the ability to execute innovative strategies to attract students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase admissions within a time-bound framework.
• Build strong relationships with school principals, teachers, and coaching centers to enhance collaborations.
• Identify and secure hoarding spaces (both free and paid) for promotional campaigns.
• Paste banners strategically in high-visibility areas (bookshops, stationery stores, schools, coaching centers, residential zones).
• Manage auto-rickshaw advertising campaigns for local outreach.
• Collect and analyze student data from multiple sources for targeted marketing.
• Organize career counseling sessions, demo classes, seminars, and tests in schools.
• Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials to potential students.
• Execute newspaper marketing (inserting flyers in local newspapers).
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in education or coaching institutes).
• Strong negotiation and networking skills to build institutional partnerships.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
