The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education marketing, excellent networking skills, and the ability to execute innovative strategies to attract students. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase admissions within a time-bound framework. Build strong relationships with school principals, teachers, and coaching centers to enhance collaborations. Identify and secure hoarding spaces (both free and paid) for promotional campaigns. Paste banners strategically in high-visibility areas (bookshops, stationery stores, schools, coaching centers, residential zones). Manage auto-rickshaw advertising campaigns for local outreach. Collect and analyze student data from multiple sources for targeted marketing. Organize career counseling sessions, demo classes, seminars, and tests in schools. Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials to potential students. Execute newspaper marketing (inserting flyers in local newspapers). Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in education or coaching institutes). Strong negotiation and networking skills to build institutional partnerships. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities.
