About the Role

Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Branding

  • Plan and execute

    ATL

    (print ads, radio, outdoor hoardings),

    BTL

    (events, roadshows, school visits) and

    digital branding

    activities.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar aligned with academic cycles and admission targets.
  • Ensure consistent brand visibility across all marketing channels.

2. Admissions Support

  • Drive lead generation and walk-ins through targeted campaigns.
  • Work closely with the admissions and school leadership team to achieve enrollment goals.
  • Plan outreach programs with pre-schools, tuition centers, residential communities, and corporate offices.

3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Study market trends and competitor schools marketing activities.
  • Identify new opportunities for brand partnerships and student recruitment.
  • Provide insights on parent expectations, CBSE school positioning, and regional market behavior.

4. Event Management

  • Plan and execute school-level events such as open houses, orientation programs, academic fairs, and student outreach initiatives.
  • Participate in educational exhibitions, parent community events, and district-level academic programs.

5. Relationship Building

  • Build strong relationships with pre-schools, education consultants, corporate HR teams, and community organizations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and media partners for campaign execution.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Mandatory experience

    working with a

    school, college, or education institution

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    CBSE school operations, academic calendar, and parent engagement patterns

    .
  • Proven expertise in

    ATL & BTL marketing

    , branding, and admissions campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Readiness to

    travel extensively across Tamil Nadu

    and other locations when required.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience

  • 5–10 years

    of experience in marketing, preferably in the

    education industry (CBSE schools preferred)

    .
