Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage the daily task flow between content, design, and performance teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Create, track, and update job IDs, briefs, and task lists while maintaining clear documentation of ongoing and upcoming deliverables.
Follow up with team members regularly to ensure deadlines are met and projects progress as planned.
Maintain and update the central marketing calendar, ensuring visibility of campaigns, content schedules, and key initiatives across teams.
Develop and implement the Companys overall marketing strategy, including planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Oversee content creation, digital marketing activities, lead-generation initiatives, and brand-building efforts.
Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business priorities.
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, leveraging data insights to recommend improvements and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making.
Contribute to revenue growth by enhancing brand visibility, strengthening market positioning, and ensuring high-quality communication across customer touchpoints.
