Job Description

Job Summary:

Programmer

Key Responsibilities:

Interact regularly with
Service and Project teams
to gather requirements, clarify issues, and communicate technical possibilities.
Participate in
client discussions
to understand business needs, present technical suggestions, and gather feedback.
Assist in prototyping, proof-of-concept creation, and other exploratory development activities.
Document findings, feature requirements, and issue logs clearly and concisely.
Provide feedback and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the R&D team.

Technical Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of
PHP
(CI/Plain PHP)
Proficiency in
HTML
,
CSS
,
JavaScript
Basic understanding of database systems (MySQL preferred)
Familiarity with APIs and web services is a plus

Soft Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills

Strong
problem-solving ability
and logical thinking
Comfortable in
client-facing
or cross-functional communication
Ability to
simplify complex technical concepts
for non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in programming or R&D roles
Prior experience in requirement gathering or pre-sales discussions is a plus
