Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and articulate Programmer to join our R&D team . This role demands not only strong coding abilities but also excellent communication skills . The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the technical team, service/project teams, and occasionally the client, ensuring clarity in requirements, issues, and deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Interact regularly with Service and Project teams to gather requirements, clarify issues, and communicate technical possibilities. Participate in client discussions to understand business needs, present technical suggestions, and gather feedback. Assist in prototyping, proof-of-concept creation, and other exploratory development activities. Document findings, feature requirements, and issue logs clearly and concisely. Provide feedback and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the R&D team. Technical Skills Required: Strong knowledge of PHP (CI/Plain PHP) Proficiency in HTML , CSS , JavaScript Basic understanding of database systems (MySQL preferred) Familiarity with APIs and web services is a plus Soft Skills Required: Excellent communication skills verbal and written Strong problem-solving ability and logical thinking Comfortable in client-facing or cross-functional communication Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards collaboration and learning Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 1–3 years of relevant experience in programming or R&D roles Prior experience in requirement gathering or pre-sales discussions is a plus
