The ideal candidate should possess 1-5 years of relevant experience in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate the financial performance of companies, borrowers, guarantors, and commercial real estate assets. - Conduct market research using various third-party applications to compare the borrowing entity's performance with market data, drawing conclusions on overall performance. - Assign appropriate risk ratings, both qualitative and quantitative, based on performance during the review period and in alignment with the bank's credit guidelines. - Compile and synthesize findings from reviews into a comprehensive credit report for presentation to lending officers and approval committees. Qualifications: - MBA in Finance or Banking, Cost and Management Accountancy, Chartered Accountancy, or post-graduation in Economics. - Strong knowledge of financial statements across various industries, with the ability to analyze trends, ratios, and identify key risks compared to benchmarks, including historical and industry performance.
