Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate strong relationships with businesses, brands, and agencies to generate advertisement revenue. - Acquire new advertisers, sponsors, and partners for both print and digital platforms. - Develop customized ad packages, proposals, and media plans tailored to client needs. - Strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads. - Enhance Acharan News" social media presence for ad-driven promotions. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry opportunities. - Collaborate with editorial and creative teams to deliver impactful ad campaigns. - Monitor campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI for advertisers. - Keep abreast of evolving trends in media sales, advertising, and digital marketing. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience in Ad Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, preferably within the Media/News industry. - Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Paid Ads on platforms like Google, Meta, and YouTube. - Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and dedicated to revenue growth. - Ability to manage clients, vendors, and agencies professionally.
