Marketing Lead

SDC providing a technology enabled service offering to provide clients with both clinical services expertise, as well as the technology they need to be successful in their clinical trials
Job Summary
This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans to build market awareness and drive demand for new and existing services and related SDC products, thus increasing revenue growth
Focus on optimizing digital assets such as the corporate website, blogs, social media, search engines, email, etc, to deliver the right content to the right audience and measure engagement Develop, execute, and manage brand strategy, content marketing, customer engagement programs, product marketing and lead generation Work closely with business and operational leadership, and key stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and direct communication strategies and tools in alignment with marketing goals and company objectives using an integrated mix of communications, channels and tactics
Responsible for identifying and implementing new strategies to increase new and quality inbound leads, including marketing-qualified leads, through development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns through multiple channels that produce measurable revenue results
Oversees measurement and reporting, using insights to refine strategies and approach as appropriate
Oversee the lead development processes and workflows, including determining the appropriate workflows are established in HubSpot and Salesforce and other business development tools, and ensuring inside and employees are appropriately trained and using the workflows effectively
Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
Develop and execute campaigns to defined audiences through appropriate channels, technologies and venues
Manage the corporate website, including regularly monitoring metrics to identify opportunities to continuously optimize and improve the existing site
Manage SEO and SEM initiatives
Manage marketing technology solutions including HubSpot and other tools as needed
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Select and manage resources and vendors necessary to achieve objectives within budget
Optimize the brand, including refining of identity and messaging and updating and optimizing core assets and materials accordingly
Interact and organize with other team members in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
Responsible for the career development and mentorship of any direct reports
Collaborate with internal CRM administrators to develop reports and ensure the integrity of data is maintained and optimized
Other related duties as assigned

Required Skills

Experience with other marketing-related technologies such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, GoToWebinar, Prezi, Adobe Illustrator, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Ads, and/or similar technologies
Graphic design skills preferred
Experience marketing B2B services a plus, preferably in a scientific or highly regulated industry
Education or Equivalent Experience
Essential:
Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Skilled in managing demand generation initiatives and digital strategies; experience with marketing and sales automation software solutions
Exceptional cross-functional skills, with proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Entrepreneurial spirit, to work on everything from strategy to executing event logistics
Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, excellent problem-solving skills
2+ years of progressive experience in B2B growth marketing or product marketing
Preferred:
Experience leading a variety of marketing initiatives in small, growth-oriented pharma development companies
Experience with HubSpot
Experience with Salesforce
