Were looking for a marketing professional with 3 5 years of experience to manage and streamline our real estate lead pipeline. Youll be the key link between marketing and sales, ensuring every lead is tracked, followed up, and converted efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage leads from multiple sources: online portals, campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
Qualify leads and assign them to the right sales team members.
Track follow-ups and ensure timely communication with potential buyers.
Use CRM to update lead status and generate weekly reports.
Support marketing campaigns to improve lead quality and quantity.
Coordinate between marketing, sales, and site teams to avoid lead leakage.
Requirements:
3 5 years of marketing or lead management experience in the real estate industry.
Hands-on experience with real estate CRMs
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Good understanding of real estate sales cycles and customer behavior.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience in real estate campaigns (online portals, Google Ads, social media).
