Job Description

Key Result areas:

  • BTL Marketing:Develop and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Vendor Management:Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing materials and services.
  • Brand Partnerships:Establish and maintain strategic brand partnerships to amplify marketing efforts and reach new audiences.
  • Planning and Execution:Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery and maximum impact.
  • Budget Planning vs Spends:Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking expenditures against planned budgets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in offline BTL marketing and event management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
