Role: Community Sales Executive/Senior Executive Purpose of the role: Role is responsible for acquiring new clients for business growth and maximize the profits of the organisation by meeting the required sales targets Role & Responsibilities: ·        Sell company products/services to community (gated societies) customers in their assigned territory. Extensive travelling required in their assigned territory (35-40kms+ per day). ·        Generating own leads through managing and developing relationships through various channels like building associations, customer referrals, retailers & service enterprises. ·        Conducting BTL marketing activities through Kiosk activity / Leafleting / Brochure Distribution to customers inside the assigned apartments etc. ·        Conducting & participating in on ground activities, events in the gated societies and execute permanent branding of ACT in the gated societies. ·        Generating sales from newly connected apartment projects and low penetration apartments of ACT Must have: ·        12th/PUC/Graduate/Diploma ·        Should have min 1-4 years experience in any Direct Sales ·        Experience as Sales Executive in Service Sector, preferably with ISP / Telecom, open to industries like Banking/Insurance/FMCG/Real Estate/Education or any other industry, provided they are open for field sales. ·        Should have experience of door-to-door sales and cold calling / Field sales activities ·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  ·        Languages: Kannada, English, Hindi  ·        Age not more than 35 years  ·        Work schedule: 6 days working with 1 rotational week off and rotational day shifts ·        Should be ready to travel 40Kms
