Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Community Sales Executives to join our field sales team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in door-to-door sales and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. As part of the Act Fiber team, you will play a key role in driving fiber network adoption across communities in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: ● Field Sales: Engage with customers on a door-to-door basis, introducing and selling Act Fiber’s internet and broadband solutions. ● Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive customer outreach and sales techniques. ● Market Research: Understand customer needs and recommend the best Act Fiber services to suit them. ● Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers. ● Reporting: Provide daily sales updates and feedback to the HR and sales team.
