At AtliQ Technologies, we believe marketing is more than campaigns—it’s about building trust, telling impactful stories, and driving measurable business growth. We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who can own our brand, elevate our digital presence, and deliver results for both AtliQ and our clients.

What You’ll Do

As Marketing Lead, you’ll:

Shape the brand – Define and execute AtliQ’s brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Lead digital presence – Manage and optimize the website for credibility, SEO, and lead generation.
Tell powerful stories – Create content (blogs, case studies, videos, campaigns) that showcases expertise and client success.
Drive growth – Run ROI-driven campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other channels.
Build thought leadership – Strengthen AtliQ’s LinkedIn presence and amplify founder/personal branding.
Lead the team – Mentor the content and social media team, fostering creativity and accountability.
Deliver for clients – Manage client-side marketing projects with clear strategies and measurable outcomes.
Track & optimize – Monitor KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI) and turn insights into improvements.
Innovate constantly – Experiment with new platforms, formats, and tools to stay ahead of trends.
Collaborate – Work closely with design, tech, and sales to align marketing with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

5–8 years of B2B marketing experience (tech/consulting/AI preferred).
Strong skills in digital marketing, SEO, ads, and content strategy.
Proven success in building brand presence and demand generation.
Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and storytelling skills.
