We are searching for a highly motivated Business Analyst (Fresher) to become a part of our team. Your responsibilities will include tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, fulfilling ad-hoc analytic requests, and developing/automating regular reports. You will be tasked with analyzing external and internal customer data using database queries (SQL, Access), spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools (Adobe / Omniture), statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools. Evaluating customers" online behavior to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the guest experience will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will create PowerPoint presentations to deliver market and consumer insights to other marketing and sales departments. Analyzing sales funnels, customer intent, measuring ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns, and reporting on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement are also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, tracking email campaign metrics, monitoring budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns, conducting competitive research and analyzing benchmarking data, recommending website and campaign optimizations, researching and implementing marketing tools to support promotional projects, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition will be essential tasks. Your qualifications/skills should include proficiency in marketing research and statistical analysis, excellent analytical skills, and a high degree of business acumen. Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills will also be key to your success in this role.
