Job Description

As a Campaign Strategy Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven marketing strategies. Your main responsibility will involve analyzing marketing data, identifying trends, and providing valuable insights to optimize marketing campaigns, enhance customer targeting, and improve overall business performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to derive key insights from data and create a coherent story to address business questions will be a significant aspect of your role. Your expertise in CRM, Digital campaign and content analysis, insights & reporting will be instrumental in this role. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Qliksense, Python or R, along with a strong understanding of Excel, will be essential for success. Previous experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or similar roles will be highly beneficial. Moreover, your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities will be critical in managing client-facing responsibilities. In addition to technical skills, your role will require you to work with and lead large globally networked and virtual teams. You must have the capacity to extract meaningful insights from data to address key business queries and possess the ability to create a coherent narrative based on data analysis. Furthermore, storytelling using PowerPoint, understanding Marketing KPIs, and certifications in Adobe/Google Analytics or data visualization tools will be advantageous. An understanding of technologies and principles needed for AB Test implementation is also valuable. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing marketing data from various sources, transforming data into actionable insights, and offering recommendations to support marketing strategies, campaign optimization, and customer segmentation. Developing and maintaining regular reports and dashboards to track marketing KPIs, monitoring industry trends, and competitor performance, and using data visualization tools to present insights clearly to stakeholders will be part of your routine responsibilities. Additionally, collaborating with onshore and in-market analytics leads for project plan execution and conducting deep-dive analyses to explore root causes for trends will be crucial aspects of your role. As a Campaign Strategy Senior Analyst, you will be expected to analyze and solve increasingly complex problems, interact with peers within Accenture and possibly clients or Accenture management, and work in rotational shifts when necessary. Your decisions will impact your work and potentially that of others, making your role as an individual contributor or overseeing a small work effort and/or team pivotal to the success of the marketing strategies and business decisions.,
