Job Description

As a Campaign Strategy Specialist at Accenture, you will be a crucial part of driving data-driven marketing strategies. Your role will involve analyzing marketing data to identify trends and provide valuable insights to enhance marketing campaigns, customer targeting, and overall business performance. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will extract key insights from data and craft a cohesive narrative to address business inquiries. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze marketing data from multiple sources to uncover significant insights and trends. - Translate data into actionable recommendations to support marketing strategies, campaign enhancements, customer segmentation, and data-driven business choices. - Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to monitor marketing KPIs and communicate performance to stakeholders. - Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor performance to identify opportunities for project expansion and cross-selling. - Utilize data visualization tools to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Coordinate with onshore and in-market analytics leads for project plan execution. - Conduct in-depth analyses to interpret data trends and investigate root causes for such trends. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - 7 to 11 years of experience in CRM, digital campaign and content analysis, insights & reporting. - Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Qliksense, Python or R. - Strong knowledge of Excel and experience in marketing analytics or data analysis roles. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Effective communication skills with the capacity to handle client-facing responsibilities. - Capability to collaborate with and lead large globally networked and virtual teams. - Experience in storytelling with data and creating a coherent narrative to address business queries. - Proficient in PowerPoint for storytelling purposes. - Certification in Adobe/Google Analytics or data visualization tools. - Understanding of Marketing KPIs and technologies/principles for AB Test implementation.
