Event Conceptualizer / Experiential Strategist / Creative Strategist

As a creative strategist at Eventive, your role will involve designing large-scale employee engagements and high-profile brand experiences. You will be responsible for crafting the story, theme, and journey that sets the events apart. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading concept development for both HR-driven events (such as annual days, R&Rs, conferences, family days, townhalls) and marketing-driven events (launches, showcases, lifestyle evenings). - Creating audience-first journeys including staging, engagement formats, entertainment arcs, and immersive zones. - Partnering with HR leaders to design formats that drive culture, recognition, and employee pride. - Collaborating with marketing leaders to deliver visibility, storytelling, and consumer impact. - Overseeing creative decks, scripts, AV content, show flows, and design briefs. - Collaborating with production to balance ambition with feasibility and budgets. - Presenting confidently to HR Heads, CMOs, and CXOs. - Mentoring and guiding creative team members. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your role will include: - Pitch conversion rate (HR + marketing). - Client satisfaction scores. - Success of concepts in driving measurable outcomes such as engagement levels, participation, visibility, and recall. - Repeat business won on the strength of ideas. - Creation of intellectual property (IP) formats. To excel in this role, you should have: - 7-10 years of experience in experiential/creative strategy across both HR and marketing events. - A portfolio showcasing large corporate HR engagements and brand/launch activations. - Strong storytelling ability, combining emotion for employees and aspiration for consumers. - Deep understanding of HR objectives and marketing KPIs. - Knowledge of AV, stagecraft, artist curation, and engagement formats. - Excellent pitching and presentation skills. - Excellent skill in converting briefs into a pitch, the client's Wishlist into an unforgettable sequence, and making them actionable for coworkers. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with excellent coordination between top-level stakeholders.
