Marketing Communications Executive

As a proactive and creative Brand Marketing & Communication Executive, your role will involve supporting the execution of multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and connect with target audiences across key sectors. You will have the opportunity to craft compelling messaging across various marketing materials, plan and monitor marketing campaigns, develop high-quality content, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, track competitor activities and industry trends, and assist in tracking key marketing KPIs. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in crafting compelling messaging across marketing materials, including website, social media, newsletters, and campaigns. - Help plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media. - Support the development of high-quality content including blogs, case studies, emailers, social media posts, and presentations. - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and consistent delivery of campaign assets. - Track competitor activities, industry trends, and audience behavior to support data-driven communication strategies. - Assist in tracking key marketing KPIs and preparing performance reports with actionable insights. - Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to align messaging with business goals. Qualifications Required: - 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferably in a B2B or digital services environment). - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a flair for storytelling. - Working knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, email, and content marketing. - Basic familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.) is a plus. - Excellent organizational and project management skills. - A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
