About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated marketing intern who enjoys creating content, engaging with communities, and supporting campaigns. The role involves both field and desk work, so it’s ideal for someone who is comfortable travelling within nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Support social media content creation (photos, videos, reels, basic copy)
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Help with on-ground events, workshops, and outreach activities
• Collect stories, photos, and small interviews from the field
• Maintain basic reports, trackers, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for content needs and updates
• Assist with partnerships, collaborations, and local brand outreach when required

Who We’re Looking For

• Recent Graduate (Preferably Mass Communications or Advertising)
• Someone based in or near Panvel or Karjat
• Comfortable travelling for field visits
• Good communication skills
• Basic social media understanding
• Creative, organised, and eager to learn
• Photography or video editing skills are a plus
