Role Description

Preferred candidate - She/Her

This is a full-time, on-site role for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern located in Kolkata.

This role offers hands-on experience in planning and executing multiple marketing initiatives and a great learning opportunity. Upon completion of probation period of six months will be confirmed and assigned particular role. Be part of a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms
• Support in the creation of content including posts, reels, stories, and promotional activities
• Help with influencer outreach and collaboration initiatives
• Support in the photoshoot plan and execution
• Writing tasks in preparing for Blogs, content build up, key word search
• Maintain marketing calendars and documentation

Qualifications

• Freshers or individuals with 1 year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media
• Understanding of marketing concepts and social media trends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic design/editing tools (Canva, etc.)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proactivity and a willingness to learn
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
