Marketing Insights Analyst

As an Analyst for the Marketing and Consumer Insights team at the company, your role will be crucial in driving marketing strategies and enhancing the understanding of consumer behaviors to support growth and innovation. You will play a key part in utilizing KHC's proprietary Brand Growth System (BGS) to analyze brands' performance, identify growth opportunities, and enhance profitability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Derive actionable insights from large quantitative and qualitative datasets - Utilize analytical tools for data visualization such as MS Office, Alteryx, Tableau, and PowerBI - Deliver high-quality outputs on time to regional stakeholders with guidance from supervisors - Formulate comprehensive hypotheses and insights, prioritize solutions using various tools and techniques - Support automation of analysis through AI and advanced analytics tools - Collaborate effectively in a team environment and provide constructive feedback **Qualifications:** - Education: Bachelor / Post Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. **Required Skills:** - 3-6 years of relevant experience in management consulting, data analytics, market insights, or consumer insights, preferably in Consumer Products / Retail industry - Strong communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders - Proficiency in analytical tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI; familiarity with Python, R, and SPSS is beneficial - Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Knowledge of AI-based solutions is advantageous - Excellent analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Experience in Food/Beverage Industry or Global Business Services (GBS) is a plus This position requires a strategic thinker with a background in consumer insights and marketing analytics, who can derive actionable insights from extensive datasets and contribute effectively to the team's success.
