Marketing Insights Analyst

Role Overview: As an Analyst for the Marketing and Consumer Insights team at the company, your role is pivotal in driving marketing strategies and deepening the understanding of consumer behaviors to fuel growth and innovation. You will contribute to deriving actionable insights from voluminous quantitative and qualitative datasets. Leveraging analytical tools like MS Office, Alteryx, Tableau, and PowerBI, you will be responsible for data visualization. Your tasks will include delivering high-quality outputs timely to regional stakeholders, generating hypotheses and insights, and prioritizing solutions for pertinent issues. Additionally, you will support automation of analysis through AI and advanced analytics tools. It is essential to work well in a team setting and provide actionable feedback in interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to deriving actionable insights from quantitative and qualitative datasets - Utilize analytical tools such as MS Office, Alteryx, Tableau, and PowerBI for data visualization - Deliver high-quality outputs timely to regional stakeholders - Generate hypotheses and insights, prioritize solutions using various tools and techniques - Support automation of analysis through AI and advanced analytics tools - Work effectively in a team setting, seek and provide actionable feedback in interactions Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor/Post Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Additional Details: - Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in management consulting and/or data analytics - Strong communication skills for driving discussions/presentations with senior stakeholders - Understanding of analytical tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI; knowledge of Python, R, SPSS a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Familiarity with leading AI-based solutions is advantageous - Excellent analytical, communication, and team player skills; ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure - Experience in Food/Beverage Industry and/or Global Business Services (GBS) organizations is a bonus,
