World of Crow is a craft-led, slow-fashion womenswear brand rooted in Indian textiles and handmade processes, working closely with artisans across India and selling globally. Our focus is on thoughtful design, storytelling, and building a strong, authentic brand presence in the fashion space.

We are looking for a fashion-aware, analytical, and relationship-driven marketing professional who can think beyond conventional marketing, build meaningful influencer relationships, and translate brand vision into measurable growth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Marketing & Brand Building
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies across social media, newsletters, influencer collaborations, and campaigns
  • Contribute to long-term brand building with a strong understanding of fashion, aesthetics, and consumer behavior
  • Think creatively and “out of the box” while staying aligned with brand values
  • Influencer Marketing & Relationships
  • Identify, build, and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, stylists, editors, and creators aligned with the brand
  • Manage influencer gifting, collaborations, follow-ups, and performance tracking
  • Strategically position World of Crow within the fashion and lifestyle space through partnerships


Digital & Performance Marketing


  • Manage and optimise social media marketing (organic + paid)
  • Understand and execute basic paid marketing (Meta / Instagram ads) in collaboration with the team or agency
  • Support email and newsletter marketing (campaign planning, copy coordination, performance analysis)


Analytics & Insights


  • Track, analyse, and interpret marketing performance across platforms
  • Monitor analytics for social media, email campaigns, and paid marketing
  • Use data and insights to refine strategies and improve ROI


Content & Communication


  • Ensure high-quality written communication across captions, newsletters, and campaigns
  • Maintain consistency in tone, language, and brand storytelling
  • Work closely with the founder and creative team on launches and campaigns


Required Skills & Qualities


  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong understanding of fashion, trends, and the global fashion market
  • High fashion sensibility with an eye for aesthetics and detail
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and act on data
  • Comfortable with social media, analytics tools, and performance metrics
  • Flexible, adaptable, and quick to learn
  • Organised, proactive, and good at follow-ups
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment


Preferred Experience


  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or design-led brands
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms, and basic analytics tools
  • Experience with influencer marketing and brand collaborations
