As an Academic Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote academic programs, research initiatives, and the brand of the company. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating leads from B2I (Educational Institutions) and identifying potential clients or prospects. - Promoting courses, workshops, and internships through Campus Ambassadors in Colleges. - Leading and managing teams to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently. - Proactively reaching out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation strategies within the education market. - Conducting detailed conversations with prospective customers to understand their educational challenges and demonstrate how the EdTech platform can address them. - Delivering compelling presentations showcasing the features and benefits of the EdTech product. - Managing the entire sales cycle, including qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing. - Establishing strong relationships with potential and existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their concerns. - Utilizing CRM tools to track leads, manage sales activities, and maintain accurate customer information. - Regularly analyzing sales performance metrics and providing insights to improve sales strategies. Additionally, as part of the role, you will be expected to be a team player, maintain floor decorum, and foster good relationships with peers. This is a full-time position located in person.,
