Job Description

Company having all India presence with Own Fleet of 600, and working with all Blue chip company in India. Taking care of Vendor Development, coordinating and arranging vehicles for successfully Operations. Monitor the Distribution/Transport Services. Monitor all logistics Activity as planning, Dispatch, Handled Inward and outwards stock movement, Men and materials handling, Administration etc. Taking care of Fleet Management, Routing of vehicle and their analysis, Analysis of expenses and income per trip per vehicle. Taking care of Sales, Transport planning i.e. Arrangement of all types of vehicle as required by customers on daily routine basis. Taking care of Sales and Marketing (Domestics transportation) for Pan India basis. Visiting client as and where required for understanding/mapping their requirement. Coordinating with sales team for their requirement of rates quotes, customer visit, understanding client requirement. Preparing SOP for transport department for smooth integration of sales and operations. Arranging quotations for Sales team and for client. Vendor development i.e. broker and own fleet owners as per requirement. Costing for Tender and giving rate of customer and finalization of contract. Budgeting Cost /Income. Taking care of transport bill and payment fallow up with customers. Customer coordination and new client development, New Business development. Proving rates in tender process, negotiations for acquiring new clients. Vendor development/retention/and performance monitoring and review. Creating SOP, KPI/KRA of transport department. Checking of bill to vendor, payments approval etc. to all branches. Looking all branches P&L, Bill, vouchers. Focus on cost saving by detailing of requirements, freight rates. Prepare MIS Report Looking of Operations/Sales, Business development and client serving for PAN India. Visiting old and new prospective clients, Customer retention and new customer acquisition. Performance analysis of per vehicle Monthly/ Quartly / Annually. Govt. compliance of permit/insurance/good tax of vehicle, Dealing with RTO/Local police Etc. Visiting to Clients for Sales and Business for mapping of their requirement planning, and giving them Quotations and Rate Finalization with Client. A/Cs handing of Customer. Reconciliations of Freight of Each Vehicle Trip Wise with Profitability/loss Analysis.
