Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead our marketing team and drive the overall brand strategy, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies across all channels to position our brand competitively in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to deliver on KPIs.
• Oversee branding, advertising, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive demand generation.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies when needed.
• Build strong relationships with media, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA in Marketing (Required) or Master’s degree in Business Administration/related field.
• Proven experience (3–4 years) in a senior marketing role, preferably as Marketing Head/Director.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and market analysis.
• Ability to develop creative strategies and execute them effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
• Experience in managing budgets and delivering ROI-focused campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
