Marketing Head Nutrition div - CHC

As the Marketing Head for the Nutrition division at Sun Pharma Laboratories Ltd, your role will involve developing and executing strategic marketing plans for assigned brands and countries within the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligning with the overall business objectives - Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and market trends - Translate insights into effective marketing campaigns and initiatives - Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to implement impactful marketing campaigns - Monitor and measure campaign performance for data-driven adjustments - Align field-level activities with sales strategies and goals - Analyze marketing performance data to optimize future initiatives - Identify brand innovation opportunities and generate innovative ideas - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams Qualifications required for this role include a B. Pharma + MBA in Marketing or Pharma Management, along with 13-16 years of experience in marketing roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Industry preference is given to Pharma. Your skill requirements will include strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, experience in developing marketing campaigns across various channels, knowledge of performance marketing, excellent communication and presentation skills, project management skills, familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing regulations, proficiency in using marketing tools and software, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
