Marketing head

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute cross-vertical marketing strategies
• Design monthly integrated campaigns for brand growth and qualified lead generation
• Align all marketing efforts with the founder’s business vision

Performance Marketing

• Run targeted campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube
• Optimize cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, and campaign ROI
• Create segmented digital funnels for different customer bases

Website, SEO & Digital Experience

• Lead SEO strategy and implementation (on-page & off-page)
• Manage updates and performance of multiple brand websites
• Plan and oversee landing pages and campaign-specific microsites

Social Media & Content Management

• Ensure consistent presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Oversee content creation with internal/external teams
• Maintain storytelling, tone, and visual brand identity

Team & Vendor Oversight

• Lead internal creatives and content resources
• Hire and manage freelancers or vendors when needed
• Ensure quality control, timely delivery, and creative consistency

Founder Branding

• Build and manage the founder’s personal brand on platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube
• Develop trust-focused content that supports the business identity

Analytics & Reporting

• Present monthly reports covering lead generation, performance, and ROI
• Offer campaign insights and strategic recommendations

Brand Building & Market Positioning

• Strengthen brand reputation across all verticals
• Ensure marketing communications support long-term trust and reliability

Requirement:

• 6–10 years in digital and strategic marketing roles
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms
• Skilled in SEO, website management, and user funnel optimization
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or service-based industries is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
