Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting hospital services, building relationships with doctors, patients, and corporate clients, and driving patient footfall through effective marketing strategies, outreach programs, and brand-building activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote hospital services and specialties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, consultants, and referral sources.
• Conduct hospital promotional activities, health camps, seminars, and awareness programs.
• Coordinate with corporate companies, insurance firms, and TPAs for tie-ups.
• Handle digital and offline marketing initiatives to increase hospital visibility.
• Conduct patient feedback surveys and work with management to improve patient satisfaction.
• Prepare marketing reports, analyze performance, and recommend strategies.
• Assist in branding, advertising, and social media campaigns.
• Support public relations activities, press releases, and hospital events.
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to achieve business targets.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Knowledge of healthcare marketing, hospital services, and referral practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare/hospital marketing (freshers with good communication skills may also be considered).
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and local market trends is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
